The automatic double side labeling machine is used to attach two side labels to irregular or regular products at the same time or control it to single side labeling, widely used in chemicals,petroleum,engine oil, detergent, shampoo, shower gel, beverage cans…etc., double-sided labeling and round bottle labeling. The double-sided labeling angle can be adjusted arbitrarily to adapt to different labeling side surfaces.

2.This machine can be computer-controlled for single-sided and double-sided labeling, and can be used for side labeling of round bottles and flat bottles.The labeling head can be adjusted in 8-dimensional space (such as the picture structure X-Y-Z+inclination is adjustable),the labeling angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and can be adapted to different labeling surfaces. PLC control,can adapt to different labels, easy to operate and adjust.
3.Multiple sets of labeling parameter memory enable quick replacement of product production.
4.Both the conveyor and the pressing mechanism use the same power source and are driven by high-quality AC motors, controlled by a touch screen with variable frequency speed regulation. The bottle dividing mechanism and correction mechanism are driven by stepless speed regulating motors, and the speed can be adjusted independently to ensure the stability of labeling.
5. Intelligent label identification system makes it easier to replace products of different specifications.
6.The label scraping mechanism equipped with the machine adopts a combination of sponge spring steel plates, brushes, and the label pressing mechanism adopts a combined unpowered sponge roller to ensure that no bubbles are generated during labeling. It can be quickly disassembled and assembled to adapt different size labels.
