Application
The machine adopts ultrasonic sealing method, use nylon tea bag/PLA tea bag automatic making tea bags for packing products as green tea , black tea, flower tea ,health tea, medicine tea, granule and so on .
Features
1.This unit can perform either three sides sealing or triangle tea bag via single bond to change between three sides sealing and triangle shape.
2.Packaging capacity:2000-2400bags/h (Determined by packing material)
3.Applicable packing materials: Nylon filmor PLA zein fiber with thread and tag.
4.heads electronic scale measurement with high precision.
5.Human-Computer Interface,PLC control, adoptedservo motor to make the bag.
6.Main motor overload protection device.
7.Packaging material tension automatic adjustment device.
8.The machine will automatically stop when issued the warning.
