Application
It can be used for irregular and regular shaped products to attach two side labels at the same time or control it to single side labeling based on needed. Such as: chemicals, petroleum, engine oil, dish soap, shampoo, shower gel, beverage cans…etc. for double-sided labeling and round bottle labeling. And the labeling angle can be adjusted arbitrarily and can be adapted to different labeling side surfaces.

Features
1.Machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy,engineering plastics (chain plate), etc., and complies with GMP usage requirements.
2.This machine can be controlled by computer for single-sided or double-sided labeling, and can be used for side labeling of round bottles and flat bottles,and the labeling can be adjusted arbitrarily Labeling angle can adapt to different labeling surfaces. PLC cooperates with large human-machine interface control, has automatic learning of label length, can adapt to different labels, and is easy to operate and adjust.
3.Multiple sets of labeling parameter memory can quickly change different products for labeling.
4.The conveyor and pressing mechanism both use same power source,driven by high-quality AC motors. Touch screen panel controls frequency conversion speed, the bottle dividing mechanism and correction mechanism are driven by stepless speed regulating motors, the speed can be adjusted independently to ensure stability of labeling.
5.The label scraping mechanism uses a sponge spring steel plate combined brush, and the label pressing mechanism uses a combined sponge roller to ensure no bubbles are generated during labeling. It can be quickly disassembled and assembled to adapt different label sizes.
